  • OpenAI / Anthropic: We utilize state-of-the-art Large Language Models to interpret user queries. NeonPing operates over zero-data-retention enterprise API endpoints, meaning your customers' text prompts are never used by these third parties to train their public public models.

4. Data Security & Storage

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data and your customers' data. Infrastructure is hosted on secure, compliant cloud environments (e.g., AWS/GCP). While we encrypt data in transit and at rest, no system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted to us.
